Many people struggle to maintain their ideal weight. Modern society bombards you with tempting treats, fast food/gourmet food and you wash it all down with plenty of alcohol. All of which are laden with calories which aren’t being burnt off in our increasingly sedentary lives.

Then maybe your thoughts on your body image run amok:-

  • If only I was slimmer/could put weight on then I would get ….. the perfect man/woman/job

Then your emotions follow those thoughts and kick in with:-

  • I hate my body
  • Clothes shopping gets me down because of my shape/size

Then you start your destructive cycle with food all over again!

BUT it doesn’t have to be this way. Hypnotherapy combined with coaching is an effective modality for taming your thought processes and in turn your emotions.

I know because I’ve been there and now by using hypnotherapy my weight is steadily melting away.

Through a programme of sessions, typically 5-6, I will work with you to discover your trigger points, to put alternative strategies in place and using hypnotherapy will re-programme your sub-conscious thoughts to be supportive rather than destructive.

Sessions are typically 1.25 – 1.5 hours long and are available at Courtyard Therapies, Tutbury, Staffordshire DE13 9LP or online and cost £75 per session or you can pre-pay for blocks of  sessions and save 5%, e.g. 5 sessions for £356.
